Where Stays Happiness?

This is a very obvious question which startles us and we are lost in dismay as where does this simple word HAPPINESS exist. Sometimes I feel whether it is really there or it has kept herself dormant. Once I asked my mom, “Where does happiness stay?” to which my mom very reluctantly answered, “happiness is not what the outer world gives, it stays within you and you have to search it out”. That moment of time, I could not follow her words. But now as I reminisce, I recollect and try to understand each words of her. In a very simple language my mom wanted to tell me that happiness is when you feel happy not when others try to make you happy.

She was so true, an emotion which lives within us and we try to search it outside. We tend to search outside what we can develop or get from within. We never tend to look for the inner beauty which determines the outer being that appeals the most. Same happens with the our emotions. We tend to love others with the hope of getting love from them, trying to make them happy with aspiration that we too will be happy, we tend to laugh with others as that makes others laugh too. Really, are we superficial or is the world too mechanical?

I have searched every in and out to get the appropriate answer to the question arising in my mind like the endless waves of sea. It is then that I came across the the book 'Man's Search for Meaning: by Frankl, Viktor E. Lasch, Ilse Kushner, Harold S.'. This is a psychological book where the author tries to answer to all the indefinite questions and give meaning to the unknown queries. I found this book quite informative in terms of answering to my inquisitive mind. This book on psychology did make my mind light by reliving me from the questions. I find this book a good guidance to answer life in the best way.

Believe in Love... It Helps You Survive

I saw love in his eyes, I saw love in his care, I saw love in his words, I have seen love in every form of him. I did not believe in the this four lettered word. My concept, the way I derived the term love totally changed after I read the book P.S. I Love You. A fictitious book but never did I get so carried away. Only after reading this book is when I learnt what love is. I saw in him a different person which I was missing for the last five years. I really did not know that this single book can change my thoughts towards the most passionate feeling on earth. Here in this novel Gerry dies leaving his wife Holly. Gerry knew the hardship Holly would have to face after his death. He also knew the breakdown which she might go through after losing him. There was no way that Gerry could help her out.

After his death, Holly could not forget any instances where Gerry was present. She was in a complete state of shock . Her friends, family and relatives after trying their best couldn't bring her to the normal state. After few days Holly receives a packet with letters written by her dead husband. These letters bring back her lost confidence and make her strong enough to laugh again at life. This is love for me, the unconditional and unexplainable love.
It is not that you should always express your love, sometimes without converting your feelings into words just making that person feel your presence. Love is to believe and one should as it makes you grow.

Love Can Speak What You Need to Understand

'Love' is the word which rules the world, steals the heart, makes you cry, forces you to laugh. So powerful but yet so serene, so tranquil so quiet. Love, the most expressive gesture of our life can speak as well. It is love that tells you how much someone cares for you, it makes you relaxed when your heart is broken. It is love that wipes your tears and brings a smile to your face. However if this heavenly feeling of emotion is not expressed in an infallible way then the commitment besotted with it gets bamboozled. When you love someone it is essential that you comprehend what the eyes speak, what the gestures reveal and what the actions convey.

Gary Chapman in his book, 'The Five Love Languages' has tried to bring out that hidden secret which is known to all but not understood and practiced by any. He says that sometimes although we express our love in a tender, affectionate and ardent way we fail to understand what more is required. As for example he writes ; He sends you flowers when what you really want to talk. She gives you a hug when you really need a home-cooked meal. This lack of articulation in expression alleviates the undercurrent which flows between two persons. In this book he gives solutions with the right principle and right language to use in order to be expressive.

According to him the five languages of Love are
Quality Time : In this life where everyone is racing against each other, we hardly give time to our dear ones. Hence Gary Capman says however busy the schedule is always find a time to say a few words of love. It really heals the pain.
Words of Affirmation: This plays a very vital role in any relationship. Gary says that if you cant be true to the person you love, you can never be true to yourself.
Gifts : Gifts though materialistic makes one feel special. Not necessarily should be the costly crystal and solitaire gifts, a single red rose could be good enough to express all your emotions.
Acts of Service : Helping each other in small works makes a lot of difference and helpd developing the relation.
Physical Touch: A small hug, a caring touch and a supportive hand holding works wonders.

'The Five Love Languages', a gospel that makes you fall in love once again. Reading this book will not only help you rectify loopholes but also encourage you to enhance your strong points. This book helps in the transforming and maintaining relations with a meaning, confidence and expression.

Law of Nature or Law of God

Every thing on this earth is set with a law. Law of Nature is said to be the most powerful among any laws as it is governed by the most superior and powerful force GOD. No one can dare to challenge Nature. God can change laws according to the requirements to bring stability and balance in nature. Neck and neck is the Law of Spirit, we don't believe on its existence but at the same time cannot overlook it. The simple reason behind is the feeling of our dear one whom we lost in any form. Sometimes we tend to believe in spirits and their presence as there are several instances where we get to feel the presence of our beloved one who left for his heavenly abode.

I don't know how far it is true. Somewhere in the 80's after the fatal air accident, a depressed mother used to communicate with her daughter through planchette. Her daughter was said to be an air hostess killed in the accident. What would you term this as? According to the mother she proved it by the continuous cursive writing telling about the place and how she is there. Such things are far beyond the understandings of science and technology.

The same feeling was of Khorshed Bhavnagri and his wife when they lost both their sons in a fatal car accident. The book The Laws Of The Spirit World is a non-fictitious book describing what the parents felt after loosing their sons to the hands of death. In this book of reality he describes how the world fell on them when they saw their dead bodies lying silently. The house which echoed with the laughter and non-ending talks were dead silent. It was only after a few months that they received a message from the other world from where their son tries to communicate with them. He tells them about what actually they are going through and what happens after death. A very beautiful and touchy piece of story about parents with whom their sons communicate from the other world

Face Book: The Upcoming Face in Social Media Venture

Facebook, the hottest name in the social networking arena is now the most popular buzzword among the younger generation for the last six years. This popularity has signalled a red alert for Google. In fact, Facebook has superseded Google in terms of usage for social media purposes. Users now prefer Facebook instead of Orkut, the simplest reason being security and inclusion of various games and information received on the site.

Users on the site need information at the click of a button. Face book is aware of this and hence tries to update its sites everyday with a new concepts. The recent expansion in the site is the inclusion of a new software platform 'Open Graph'. This web page will not only work as a search engine but will guide users with the latest information. Face book has also joined hands with Yahoo and Microsoft, the hard core competitors of Google. This has just fueled the fire thus enhancing the battle between social network providers to boost there aggression towards Google.

According to Mark Zuckerberg, chief executive of social networking, “Open Graph is a new trans formative site which will help the users to find all new innovative ways of exploring the world of Internet”. He also added to the feature of the new website, “The chief tool will be the 'Like' icon. Users will click on the button next to an article to share it on their Facebook profiles without leaving the other website”. He is expecting more 400 million users for this new service.

This will explicitly reduce the ratings of Google in the market. Although, not much has been done to provide a privacy to the Internet users the coming innovations will do it. This is truly a battling year for Google as it has to beat out not only its ex-partner Apple but also confront Facebook which stands its way.
